WHAT IS DTF PRINTING?
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a new printing technique that allows you to print designs onto special transfer films and then apply them to fabrics using a heat press. It's perfect for creating vibrant, durable designs on t-shirts, hoodies, bags, and more!
HOW DOES DTF
DTF printing starts with printing your design onto a film using special inks. After printing, the design is coated with a layer of adhesive powder and then cured. Finally, using a heat press, the design is transferred to your fabric, leaving a durable and high-quality print.

DTF PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS - COTTON FABRIC
Set your heat press to 312 degrees This temperature is ideal for cotton fabrics because it ensures that the DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer adheres properly without scorching the fabric. Using the right temperature helps the ink bond well to the cotton fibers, making the design durable and vibrant. Instant / Hot Peel.
OTF PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS - POLYESTER FABRIC
Set your heat press to 312 degrees.Polyester requires a lower temperature because it is more heat-sensitive than cotton. If the temperature is too high, polyester can melt or become damaged. By setting the heat press to 312 degree) you protect the fabric while still ensuring the DTF transfer sticks properly. Instant / Hot Peel.
OTF PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS - REQUIRED TIME
Place your DTF film on the fabric where you want the design to be.
Close the heat press and apply pressure for 15 seconds. This short pressing time is sufficient to transfer the design from the DTF film to the fabric without overexposing it to heat. Applying the correct amount of pressure (Medium - Hard) for the right duration ensures the design adheres evenly and avoids any distortions or incomplete transfers.
WHAT IS THE SMALLEST YOU CAN PRINT TO AVOID PRESSING ISSUES?
